Shipping policy

  • Order processing times: For most products, after an order is placed, we will do our best to ship the order within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If an item has a different fulfillment time, it will be listed on the product page.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. All products are available for domestic shipping via USPS. Limited products are available for international shipping.
  • Shipping costs. Shipping options and cost will auto-calculate at check-out.
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations. Please see out return policy for information on returns, changes and cancellations.
  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will notify you of any potential delays as they arise.
  • Order tracking details. After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information to stay up to date on the status of your order.
